The cleaning wasn’t up to scratch, considering the length of time the cleaners were both in there. We arrived fairly early to Seaton and went for a stroll to see where Bosprenn was located. At that point we spotted a car parked outside and the cleaners were inside. We waited in a nearby car park and 4 hours later the cleaners had completed the cleaning, as we saw them drive out of Keveral Lane, so after all that time, we were expecting it to be extremely clean when we entered but it was very below average. We found clothing (joggers and knickers) and other items under beds, dusty surfaces, cobwebs, marks on walls, just not what you expect. The information folder states there is a hot tub. Where is this? The photos show a coffee machine in the kitchen. Where is this? The TV doesn’t show live telly/programmes, there was no aerial and Sky wouldn’t connect. The apps were previously logged in by others and some needed a pin, so these were also unwatchable. Garden was overgrown. The drive has a sharp drop, which has left our car very scratched due to scraping it every time we drove in and reversed out. Rusty exercise equipment on the lower balcony that has no purpose and just sporadically makes noises. For the money we spent renting this holiday home for a week, it was lacking in a lot and we found this very disheartening. If the owner took the time to make some changes, it would be a lovely holiday home but how we found it, we wouldn’t go back.

Excellent location, brilliant house - views outstanding from the balconies. Comfortable stay. Disappointed with cleanliness- noted to owner. Gardens and plants very overgrown, outside furniture very weathered, brambles coming through decking and over windows, also over grown hedges which made pathways difficult to walk through. If these minor things were tended to my rating would be 5/5.

No where in the local area to park cars without upsetting the locals. The parking space provided is difficult to park with a larger car.The steps down from parking was overgrown with brambles which scratched 2 of our groups faces.Only 6 chairs at dinner table with no where for anyone else to eat and only 4 seats in the tv lounge.The house sleeps 6 adults and 2 children so you cannot watch tv together or eat together.
