The amply equipped kitchen and dining area features an extendable table for large, home-cooked meals, making this a perfect setup for groups. For outdoor dining, the well-lit patio features comfortable garden furniture, ideal for relaxing in the coastal air.
The house is well-equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a cosy wood-burning stove, perfect for unwinding with a traditional Cornish cream tea after a day of exploring. Guests can also enjoy the bright, welcoming conservatory, which offers a peaceful space to relax and acts as a brilliant spot for wet paws and boots to dry off after beach walks.
The private hot tub sits on the south-west facing patio that catches the afternoon and evening, creating a perfect setting to soak up a stunning sunset with a refreshing beverage. It is also a fantastic, safe space for your kids and dogs to stretch their legs while you enjoy the weather.

Polzeath is one of Cornwall’s best surfing spots, so grab your board and follow the quiet foot path that takes you straight down to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Cloudbreak is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has off road parking making it a safe and family friendly location. As well as the beach, the world famous South West Coast Path passes just 3 minutes from the property. Alternatively try cycling along the Camel Trail or sailing in Rock, both of which are also all right on your doorstep.
If you’d rather relax, the award-winning Cowshed Spa or a round of golf at The Point are both only a 5 minute drive away. Polzeath has a number of traditional and new eateries from the recently expanded Oyster Catcher pub less than a mile away, to fine dining at one of Rick Stein’s establishments just a short ferry trip away in Padstow. The SPAR is half a mile away for any last minute essentials, or if you prefer just order in Polzeath's best pizzas delivered to you by JAWS. Port Isaac, where ITV's Doc Martin is set is just around the corner and only slightly further afield is the legendary Tintagel Castle, perched on a clifftop with superb coastal views. You can visit stunning waterfalls at St Nectan's Glen or visit the rainforest at The Eden Project, both within a short drive. Polzeath ticks all the boxes whether it is an active or a relaxing break you are after. Cloudbreak is the perfect holiday house to enjoy the area from, whatever the time of year.
The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
