Harlyn Bay Beach, just 5 miles distant has a far-reaching stretch of golden sand, which meets the vast Atlantic Ocean, whilst Trevose Head offers vistas to behold, offering walks in abundance for the intrepid adventurer! Venture south to Newquay, vibrant and alive and with water sports to the fore or inland to ancient and mysterious Bodmin Moor. Marvel at the world-famous Eden Project or beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan, have fun at the Camel Creek Family Theme Park... The opportunities for a brilliant day out really are truly never ending.
Your holiday home has space for up to 14 guests, with bright and airy rooms providing the perfect setting to unwind, relax and recharge. The recently refurbished kitchen has all you need to facilitate your stay, whilst the living areas have comfortable soft furnishings to sink into, including several wonderful sofas. There are 2 bathrooms finished to a high standard on the ground floor too, along with a king-size bedroom and twin room, both wonderfully furnished. Also find a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Advance upstairs and this impressive home boast a further four bedrooms, a family room with twin beds and bunks, a twin room and 2 king sized bedrooms, all of these providing en-suite facilities. The charming garden with its spectrum of green shades has a special treat instore…..it’s very own hot tub, where you can feel the hustle and bustle of everyday life as it just drifts away.
Padstow is 4 miles, Newquay is 9 miles and Porthcothan bay is a 15 minute walk away. There is a large car park opposite to Porthcothan bay which is free November to March.
A cot is provided for you in bedroom 3.

The hot tub has a charge of £200 per short break; but there is no additional hot tub charge for bookings longer than a week. Please speak with the owner to arrange use of the hot tub and payment.

Lovely house with some great views , well equipped with all your needs covered. The drive through the countryside is breathtaking and your not to far from anything , if you’re hungry MacDonald’s farm does some great food all in all a pleasant place will be back

We stayed for a week in this house near Portcothan. The house was very well equipped especially for children. Lots of bathrooms and good sized bedrooms and communal areas. The hot tub and garden were a lovely added extra. The house could do with some minor repairs - for example most of the door handles were very loose and some came off in your hand. But overall a lovely place to spend a week with a large group.

We had a great time at greenacres, the house is a great size comfortable bedrooms although some of the beds creaked loudly. The views were great from upstairs. We felt whilst the kitchen diner was fab and well equipped there was a lack of comfy seating in there to sit and watch the kids play or chat while preparing food, also outside comfortable seating was limited bearing in mind there was 15 of us. Little things like a windbreak to borrow for the beach would be welcome. Overall we loved it and would come again.
