Decking to sit and watch and listen to the birds along Little Petherick Creek. Enough space so 4 people were not trip over each other. Positioned along the Saints Way, so walk out the door turn Right and in 2 miles in Padstow. Very busy, but take the foot ferry to Rock, and walk the coast path to Polzeath, back via St Edoch Church. Bus 11 also goes through the village every hour...not always on time Journeyman lovely food, but need to book as only small. Only thing to beware of is that the only place to dry wet walking gear when raining is the bathrooms. We would return

A bit disappointed this year the welcome pack was just some dry scones !! Certainly different last year. Windows/patio door were dirty. Really dirty under door mats. We would go back as it’s a lovely house lovely position but as the owner is selling it don’t suppose the opportunity will arise.
