Step inside to discover a beautifully designed open-plan living area, where natural light floods the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while the spacious living room features three sofas, a Smart TV and French doors opening out onto a large private terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze. There is a king-size bedroom serviced with an en-suite shower room on the first floor, as well as a study room for those working away from home. A family cloakroom with a wash basin and WC completes the upper floor.
The ground floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom; one bedroom boasts a super king bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the garden from patio doors. Another bedroom features twin single beds, while the third bedroom offers twin single beds that can be configured into a super-king on request. The ground floor also has a large utility room with walk-in shower, perfect for washing off after a day on the beach.
