Breakwater is a well-received apartment in Seaton, praised for its cleanliness, stunning sea views, and quiet location. Guests appreciate the spacious, well-equipped accommodation and its proximity to local amenities and the beach. While there are minor maintenance issues and some confusion regarding rubbish disposal, the overall experience is highly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The location is frequently praised for its superb sea views and proximity to the beach and local amenities. It is also noted as a quiet spot despite being close to the road, contributing to a peaceful stay.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, spacious, and well laid out, suitable for families and equipped with entertainment options. Some guests mentioned the property being cold on arrival, but this was quickly resolved.

The apartment is well-equipped, with mentions of good wifi and additional entertainment facilities. However, there are comments about minor maintenance issues like damp patches, mould, and problems with the shower and electricity, which slightly lower the score.

The welcome package was appreciated by guests, indicating thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed and not all reviews mention them, the score reflects the positive feedback without setting an expectation of gifts for future guests.

Welcome pack much appreciated. It was tricky to see which was the coded lock for our apartment as there are three of them by the front door and the writing on them identifying them was illegible on all of them. It would make it easier if the writing was redone. No scissors in the apartment either despite an otherwise very well stocked kitchen. The kitchen clock had stopped too! Only minor things. It wasn't obvious from the booking information what would happen with the parking arrangements and how the permit was obtained for the car park. This was resolved with phone call. Would definitely like to return.

Also we were really impressed with the bus service; convenient and comfortable. Not having to do any more driving was a bonus. The only minor problem was with the shower where the water was very slow on draining. The agency help was really good when we had a query. Were thinking of booking again for Spring!
