Located on the coast of south Devon, not far from Seaton, is the charming fishing village of Beer. A fertile smuggling ground in its day, the shingle beach is today a popular tourist destination because to its relative seclusion and the neighbouring caverns, which were formerly used to conceal illegal goods. Beer is a small village in Devon, England, notable for its location on the Jurassic Coast, which is a unesco World Heritage Site, and its winding lanes lined with magnificent stone houses and cottages built at varying elevations up the steep valley sides. Beer has a variety of stores, cafes, restaurants, and pubs to choose from, and just beyond the village is the much visited Pecorama Gardens, which offer breathtaking views of Lyme Bay. Pecorama has an indoor model railroad show, the Beer Heights Light Railway, and a children's play area. Beer, a tiny fishing village in Devon, is a wonderful spot to visit and stay.

Freshly decorated, it contained everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The owners, who were in another part of the building, were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, views out to sea and a lovely well maintained garden. Loved watching the rabbits in the garden every morning and evening. Bonus to have a parking space with the property. Short walk in to Beer where there are lots of eateries to choose from. We visited the Smuggler's Kitchen, Steamers and Gina's which were all very nice. Lots of walks from the property which you can do without using your car.

The garden for the dog was amazing. The location was great with wonderful views and extremely peaceful. Would definitely recommend.
