We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at The Little House especially sitting on the verandah of the summer house beneath the trees during the very hot weather. The house had everything we needed to make us feel very relaxed staying there and is located in a beautiful area of Devon.

Cannot fault The Little House.Extremely well appointed. Neighbours very friendly. The 2 village pubs friendly. Gill sorting the garden as I write. Will definitely book again.

The cottage was good for our needs and comfort. Well equipped. However more notice about the steep steps to access the front door would be useful ( used the fence as a handrail) and we couldnt enjoy the rear garden because it is overgrown and on several occasions we saw rats. This is a shame because ut detracts from an otherwise excellent holiday home.
