This beautiful cottage was a gem of a find. We cudnt believe how beautiful it was when we arrived. It's spacious, clean and tastefully decorated throughout. It has 3 large bedrooms with double beds and an en suite off the master bedroom, with a main bathroom in the hall next to the other bedroom. One of the bedrooms is upstairs off the liunge and doesnt have a bathroom. We had an added bonus that the Christmas decorations were up on arrival due to the owner Natalie going out of her way to do this for us. Natalie was kind and helpful, calling to check in with us before arrival and left beautiful fresh flowers , a bottle of prosecco and biscuits. We went to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary and our parents joined us half way through the week., 1st December to 5th. We took our two dogs aswell. The house catered for literally everything you could think of. The pub was a few steps across the road which served beautiful food. But booking is advised. Pets are welcome too. The beach is a 10 minute walk which u can reach via the road or a more scenic route through the fields but on wet weather it's muddy. The road seemed quicker but has hills to climb if your not fit or agile. We visited Beer which has a small village and a beach. The Dolphin pub was beautiful where we stopped for a drink. Seaton had an Aldi or a Tesco which was 15 mins away and another beach front. Sidmouth was a lovely place to visit too with a long promenade along the beachfront and plenty of shops.Overall, this holiday was one of the best UK holiday we have experienced., in a beautiful setting.

We had the most amazing stay at the cottage. Everything was as listed and more! The location being a 10 minute walk to the beach and right next to a pub was such a bonus. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage and Natalie was a great host - giving us useful information before we arrived, and helping us with a small isue once we were there. The cottage was beautiful, cosy and well equipped, and in a great location right opposite a wonderful pub, and just 10 mins walk down to the sea. We would love to visit again in the future.
