Park-up on the spacious driveway with space for up to six cars, before being greeted by a south-facing patio area, a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. Step into your new home, where on the left you will find a well-equipped double aspect kitchen/diner, featuring granite worktops, a Smart fridge/freezer and dishwasher, here you can whip up delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table for eight over a bottle of fizz. On warmer days, why not savour your meal out in the rear garden? The space also features a wall-mounted Smart TV for catching up on your favourite shows and mood lighting. Continue through to the sitting room, where you can look forward to relaxing on the plush seating as you enjoy a family film night on the TV over bowls of popcorn.
