It had everything we needed and we very much appreciated the welcome pack, thank you. It was well situated for the bus and railway, also a lovely shop which was so close. The location is beautiful, also many walks to enjoy.

The Annex was absolutely spot on Really clean and well equipped Everything we needed was there Ideal location for us as we like to cycle everywhere and when the weather wasn’t suitable we walked the few yards to the station and took train We have no hesitation in recommending the Annex

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. With a well thought out kitchen and bathroom. In fact just about everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Also, great transport links to the whole of the South Devon and Cornwall coast, and further afield. The only downside is that I have tried to book it again, and found that after the 17th August 2024 it is unavailable for booking? I have looked as far ahead as August 2026, still unavailable? Best regards, Robert and Elizabeth.
