It is quirky small but a great outlook. It needs a little more thought given to the users of the property to score higher. Limited cutlery, and although a good kitchen facility, it has poor dining options. The external steps are uneven and steep. It is suited to a couple with dog, walks accessible, but really you will want to eat out. Property does have good decoration and wall art but the practical issues can outweigh its appearance.

My dog and I were extremely comfortable here and although small, it had everything we needed. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed the nearby Woodbury common for walks and Exmouth beach for paddling and swimming. Beautiful countryside, very peaceful and quiet, and a musical dawn chorus from the birds. A perfect stay.
