Upon entering the property, guests will find the spacious living room where they can relax in front of the electric fire watching their favourite movie on the Freeview Sky TV. Down the stairs, the open-plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with high-end appliances and modern units, whilst the dining table provides a great space to enjoy a family meal. Outside, guests will enjoy the private enclosed gravelled garden with outdoor seating, a lovely spot for relaxing in the sunshine. Heading upstairs to the first floor there is a double room with a double bed and single bed and a single room with a single bed and trundle underneath. On the second floor is the spacious master bedroom with a new king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom is also on the second floor.

Nearby, Exmoor and Wimbleball Lake offer opportunities for walking, cycling, fly fishing, horse riding, and water sports. A great home away from home. Equipment levels absolutely fabulous, as were the owners, nothing too much trouble, even when I asked stupid questions in not understanding. charging procedure for cordless Vax.Unusual layout to us on four floors, but quite logical and our Golden Retriever loved the similar interesting layout in the garden. If anyone suffers with their legs they should bare this in mind.Other than that consideration an excellent choice I would highly recommend.

Elizabeth house was fab restaurants very close and dog friendly and close to takeaways in Tiverton and supermarkets and not far to lovely beaches and some lovely walks too
