With two bedrooms and a setting close to 3 miles of sandy beach, this is the perfect property for a family looking for a coastal escape from it all.
The stylish open plan living, kitchen and dining space makes it easy to spend time together, and as the living area includes access to the furnished balcony you’ll be able to dine al fresco and enjoy the views out to sea. The apartment also offers underfloor heating, so it’s easy to wind down and warm up after a walk along the nearby Southwest Coastal Path.
Now for the bedrooms, when was the last time you stepped out of bed and straight outside to be greeted with a sea view? There’s balcony access from the master bedroom too, so you’ll be able take time out watching the waves first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished with plush carpets for a little added indulgence.
You’ll be welcome to make use of the communal landscaped garden, and the development has direct access to Saunton Sands you can be on the beach within minutes of closing the front door. Saunton Sands was the setting for Pink Floyd’s The Wall video as well as the video for Angel by Robbie Williams.

There’s also a storage area for beach equipment so you can embrace the seaside lifestyle during your stay. This apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the grounds, however due to its coastal location is accessible exclusively by stairs, either internally through the building or via the external staircase.

Fabulous views along Saunton Sands beach from the balcony. Lots of stairs to get down to the apartment but once settled in we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday so much so that we’ve booked another week later in the year.

A Lovely apartment with a stunning view of the beach. Beach was amazing with good restaurant. The apartment was clean and has good kitchen equipment. Found it hard to get some of the cups and glasses down as these were located in high cupboards even with a step. We booked no 4 thinking the apartment would be on the ground floor which it was, we didnt realise you had to walk down three flights of stairs to get the the apartment- 34 steps. If you walked around the outside it was over 50 steps. It made getting belongings and food quite a struggle.
