Welcoming holiday cottage with access to a shared outdoor heated pool and four acres of garden, located just two miles from the large beach at Saunton Sands and the seaside village of Croyde.
This property enjoys a quiet location in North Devon, just a few miles from some of the region s best loved beaches. Saunton Sands, which boasts three and a half miles of beach, is just two miles away, whilst just a few minutes further away is the pretty beach at Croyde Bay. For those looking a more active way to spend their holiday, the beautiful landscape of Exmoor is just sixteen miles away offering hours of scenic walks and cycleways for all abilities. Other attractions in the area include the harbour town of Ilfracombe, Combe Martin Wildlife Park, and the family adventure park at Watermouth Castle.
On entering this welcoming property, guests will first come to the comfortable lounge, where they can sit back and relax with the TV, DVD, and hi fi. A door here leads out to a patio area, allowing guests to easily take drinks outside. The kitchen/diner offers a table seating four, and is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room. The shower room with WC is also located on the ground floor of the property, as is one of the two bedrooms, a restful twin room.
The remaining bedroom is located on the first floor of the cottage, and offers a double bed, a low level cottage style window, and exposed beams. Also on this floor is access to a bathroom with WC. Immediately outside the property is a pleasant patio area with a table and chairs, whilst guests are also able to enjoy the four acres of shared gardens. Younger guests are well catered for too, as there is a children s play area with a slide, swings, and a climbing frame, and of course the lovely outdoor pool (open mid May to mid September) is something that the whole family will enjoy.
