If I could give 20 for this property I would it provided everything we needed and more and great pub across the road added to the stay. We will not hesitate to book again if we are looking for accommodation in North Devon. The layout and extras were exceptional and we wanted for nothing. Thank you for a great holiday from the Gilbert’s family

The cottage its self was 5 star, absolutely everything we could possibly need. Exactly opposite the Williams Arms which was great for food and only a 10 minute walk into Braunton. It was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen not that we cooked.There were a lot of cobwebs in the sun lounge and downstairs showroom but apart from that it was 5 star.Would definitely stay there againSuoerb

The cottage is advertised as dog friendly, but it was only when we read the information pack when we got there that we found out the dog could not go upstairs which caused us some problems as the safety gate supplied didn't seem to fit the stairs to stop him going upstairs. But overall it was an excellent cottage
