Combe Martin is something of a hidden gem and this property is perfectly placed to explore the village, beach and surrounding countryside. The sand and shingle cove is ideal for a picnic on the beach or as a launch point for sea kayaking and fishing in the bay, where you may even spot a dolphin or two. Footpaths radiate out from the village along the dramatically craggy coastline heading south to Berrynarbor and north to the impressive Hangman Hills with Exmoor National Park visible in the distance. The South West Coast Path and local countryside also offer a range of walks from easy to challenging. A good selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops can be found on the mile-long walk down the High Street to the picturesque beach, flanked by its rock pools.
