Treat your loved ones to a group trip to North Devon. This charming cottage would be ideal for a family holiday with the grandparents, with a selection of local activities to suit all interests and bring everyone together. You can book this property with the accommodation opposite.
Approach the property up a short set of outdoor stairs, then enter for an open-plan lounge/diner. This room is a comfortable spot for eating, relaxing and socialising and shows off the building’s past with a hint of exposed brick. To one side you’ll see a kitchen, compact and well equipped, perfect for making big meals for your group to enjoy. There’s also a family bathroom and two bedrooms: a twin with bunk beds and a double room. Head upstairs for the final bedroom, king-size with an en-suite and a balcony. The balcony overlooks the village and is a charming location to do a spot of people-watching or take a moment with a hot drink. Finally, look around the shared garden, where you’ll find spots for outdoor dining on fine evenings.
Croyde is a lovely coastal village with a few pubs and eateries around to keep everyone well-fed. Alternatively, try different ice creams on the beach, which is 1 mile away. It’s popular with surfers, and you can hire equipment and organise lessons if you like. If you prefer riding horses to riding waves, take a trip over to Woolacombe Riding Stables (5.5 miles) for hacks along the beach. Woolacombe is a great spot for cliff top walks, and if you climb to Morte Point (6 miles), you might be able to spot wild seals.

A very convenient cottage although the lack of parking is a drawback (local parking is £10 per day) beautifully warm where there is heating but none in the top bedroom. Lovely scones and cream to welcome us thank you and tea!

The cottage is right in the centre of the village with in walking distances to the Pubs and Restaurants (the prices for food and drinks are really expensive). The cottage was very clean and tidy. The upstairs Bedroom is not ensuite, you have to cross a well in the top of the stairs to the bathroom. The rest of the cottage is as shown in the photographs. We enjoyed our stay, the only downside is No parking, you can park in side streets or £15 per day in the main car park.
