This is a small privately owned caravan on a peaceful park. Manleigh Park, overlooking Combe Martin village and with view of the sea from the park, is in one of the most scenic areas of North Devon. Days full of adventure and exploration are on your doorstep.

The caravan is well kept with a fully equipped kitchen, TV etc. There is one double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds. It is centrally heated and has a gas fire. The caravan has decking with a lovely outside seating area. There is a parking space right next to the caravan. Bedding is provided, including duvets, sheets and pillowcases. Towels are also provided.

The park has a small play park. In the Summer months there is a small onsite bar.

The village of Combe Martin has lots of places to eat and drink. Visitors to Combe Martin love the walks, with the South West Coast path passing through the village and Hangman's Hill, with fantastic views, a short, steep walk rising from the village. Kayaking has become a popular activity with rental companies located in the village running trips. Combe Martin village is on the edge of one of the countries national parks - Exmoor National Park.

On the doorstep, a short drive away are many of North Devons best beaches, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. Ilfracombe, a lively seaside town is a short ride away.?
