Originally built around two hundred years ago as part of Broadsands Farmhouse, Wild Pear House is bright, stylish and wonderfully welcoming. Traditional sash windows flood the house with light, while elegant living and dining rooms, cosy beamed spaces and a warm country kitchen create the perfect setting for sociable stays. The house offers two luxurious ensuite king-size bedrooms with valley views, a charming single room and two further twin bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as a super king-size room. A secret bookcase door linking to neighbouring Broadsands Farmhouse adds extra character and flexibility for larger groups.

We stayed at this beautiful house in late September 2024 as a family of 9 plus baby. Beautiful views and lots to do even if the weather is wet. The soft play area and indoor swimming pool came into its own for our toddler. There is a really good outdoor area with trampoline, tractor and lovely large Wendy house to name a few.

We all had yet another great week at Wild Pear House. All 3 generations found it provided all that we needed for a wonderful week. Alice and her team are to be congratulated on the way their properties get better and better. Sad faces on leaving, but we will return!
