Blue Bay is a delightful two-storey apartment, sitting on the coast of Exmoor in the charming town of Lynton. A homely dwelling boasting extraordinary views of the sea, this spacious apartment is the ideal location for families or groups of five who seek a relaxing retreat by the seaside. Enter into the building through the doorway next to the garage and either take the staircase up to the apartment on the 1st floor or use the lift. Take a seat in the welcoming sitting room where you can turn on the TV and relax with some of your favourite shows, or watch as the beautiful waves from the sea crash into the impressive cliffs right from your window. Venture into the fully-equipped country kitchen for a light lunch as your family gather at the dining table to map out plans for the days ahead. Wander down the hallway into the king-size bedroom where you can lose yourself in a movie on the flat-screen TV. Indulge in a deep soak in the bathtub located within the family bathroom, before taking a seat at your dressing table and spending some time pampering yourself for the evening. Down a second staircase, you will find a family bedroom consisting of both a double bed and one single. This spacious bedroom features striking alcoves and has been decorated to a high standard with attractive grey furnishings with deep blue accents to compliment the property's seaside location. The property was very well equiped and clean as well as being well maintained.Shops,chemist etc just a walk away.A wide variety of cafes and restaurants for all tastes. thoroughly recommend this for walkers and families alike.Owner is just an email away if a problem occurs.

Incredibly well located - one minute walk to shops, eating places and pubs and the railway down to Lynmouth. Straight out onto the coastal path and loads of great walks. The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need and all of high quality. We cannot recommend Blue Bay highly enough. Fantastic.

We have stayed in penthouse upstairs before. The only little thing was the lack of window view in the downstairs bedroom which I know you can't do anything about. The other thing was the heating it was rather chilly around 5.00 and you couldn't put heating on.although it said just ask to turn it on. When on holiday you don't want to be calling all the time. But neither of the above spoiled our holiday we had a good time there. And would definitely recommend going therex
