This beautifully appointed apartment is stylishly furnished creating a homely feel and making it great for a holiday at any time of the year. When you crave a cosy night in there’s a selection of books and board games as well as a 40" Smart TV and DVD player to keep everyone entertained. With three bedrooms, all lovingly decorated, one of which has bunk beds that the kids will love, your break here will be one that you won’t forget.
There are miles of North Devon Heritage Coast paths to explore as well as trails around Woolacombe itself. The village boasts 3 miles of award-winning golden sands and dunes with clean water, great surfing and lifeguard patrols in the Summer. Woolacombe was the only English beach in the Top 25 of TripAdvisor’s 2020 Traveller’s Choice awards for the world’s best beaches, and was voted "Beach of the Year" by The Times in 2021. There are shops, cafés, pubs, bars and restaurants all just a 10-minute stroll away from the apartment as well as direct access to the coastal path around Woolacombe Bay, and Barricane Beach with its café’s famous ’Curry on the Beach’ (in high season only) is directly opposite where you can make the most of the beautiful sunsets.
Local picturesque villages Mortehoe, Croyde and Lee are well worth a visit, as well as Exmoor National Park. Victorian llfracombe is 15 mins by car where there are supermarkets and attractions including a theatre, aquarium, Damien Hirst’s ’Verity’, the tunnel beaches and a working fishing harbour offering boat trips to Lundy island, and further afield the main town of Barnstaple has all the facilities you need.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped. The large size fridge/freezer was welcomed with the 6 of us. All rooms are a good size with loads of storage. Communication with the owner was great. Having a parking space is essential as there is no free parking in Woolacombe. There is only a small Spar in town, however Ilfracombe has a large Tesco. We did an online shop. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

Enjoyed a fantastic week in Woolacombe, the apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the long sandy beach and steps away from Barricane Beach, and was perfect for our stay. Couldn't fault the apartment, very spacious, clean with everything you need, would definitely return again.

Lovely, clean apartment. We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment well-equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfy, and we had no issues with them as previous reviewers had. We had a slight issue with a blind in the living room, which I reported, but said it wasn't urgent, and it was fixed within an hour! Handy for Barricane Beach, but we preferred Combesgate Beach, which is 5-minute walk along the coast path. The entrance to the main beach was closed due to building work, so it was a longer walk than usual to the entrance. Having a parking spot was really handy, but we didn't need to use the car much (except for trips to the supermarket). We would certainly book the apartment again if we return to the area.
