Surrounded by beautiful artefacts, you can choose to continue the conversation in here or play a film on the large flat screen TV, while the children watch a favourite show in the separate snug room. Wake up to breakfast cooking in the large country kitchen, making use of the impressive AGA cooker and full 'batterie de cuisine'; tuck into your lovingly prepared food at the rustic breakfast table as you discuss what the rest of the day will hold. Find a beautiful sleeping spot in one of the six bedrooms, with a twin room on the ground floor, next to the shower room, providing those less able an ideal space. Blackawton is a delightful village in the midst of the Devonshire countryside, lying within easy reach of the coast too where the River Dart meets the sea. The village is home to a community-run village store where you can pick up any essentials, as well as a pub, The George Inn. Nearby is the Woodland's Family Theme Park, perfect for a family day out, as well as the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where a wide range of outdoor activities can be enjoyed like walking, cycling, hiking and many more.
