The kitchen is amply-equipped with everything you could possibly need, whilst the dining area provides space to enjoy your lovingly prepared home-cooked meals. Each of the five spacious bedrooms has a range of furniture to store your personal items, whilst the en-suites and family bathroom has quality fixtures and fittings. The kitchen was a delight to cook in for a large number of people. Very homely feel and helpful owners. Only negative would be the path down to the house has a lot of pot holes and some of the wall fell off on arrival on the drive down due to bad weather conditions. This really could do with fixing, it worried us all and put my mum off driving. The recycling is a drive away too so it would be helpful to have recycling boxes on site for guests. Loading the car with rubbish and driving up the dodgy path was not fun on the last day when we were leaving whilst trying to pack the car in the rain. Or a little more notice would be helpful so we knew before the last day that we had to empty bins.

Lower Norton Farmhouse offers so much space for families. The views are stunning and such a short distance from Dartmouth town centre and supermarkets. We plan another visit in the summer so we can enjoy the outside more, although it was lovely to watch the wildlife from the conservatory.

This is our second visit and hope it wonât be the last. Extremely warm and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream and has every piece of equipment, and more, that you could wish for. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Yes the lane is difficult but well worth it! The new WI-FI is heaps better much to the delight of our gadget happy family Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home
