A second floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely roof terrace to the rear.

We had a lovely holiday at the Bank Apartment 2. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Located very centrally and the parking permit for Mayors Avenue only a two minute walk away was great. We are frequent visitors to Dartmouth and would stay here again.

I fantastic apartment equipt with everything you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner clearly understand what a family of 4 with two young children and a dog need from a break in Dartmouth - comfortable beds, sky TV, a well equipt kitchen, clean and very spacious right in the middle of town for great access to everything! Would highly recommend and will be booking again, as regular visitors to Dartmouth.
