The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and has a lovely enclosed patio and lawned garden with the added benefit of garage parking for two cars.

There was a problem with a window catch that falls off when opening an upstairs window- this could be dangerous for children as the window opens well beyond what it should. The BBQ has been there for about 4 years and is now in need of replacement- the damper does not work resulting in full heat for all cooking.it is our 7th year at the house and we will return but we have a wedding in Italy next summer so it will be 2028 when back

Location excellent. Great that it had parking for 2 cars in property as very limited parking around streets. Weather amazing and very hot. Property very spacious and ample for 10 people that came. Only downside would be that rooms on the top floor were extremely warm due to the heat and so difficult to sleep, recommend installing or providing fans for the top floor but other than that wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
