This comfortable family property is well equipped and furnished, has garage parking for one car, is a 5 minute walk to the two Dartmouth ferries and enjoys all the amenities of Dartmouth with the added benefit of the afternoon and evening sunshine.

We had a great week at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious and well equipped.It is in a very quiet area with fantastic views over Dartmouth and a great base to explore this beautiful part of the country on foot, by steam train, bus or ferry. Unfortunately we couldn't make use of the cottage's outdoor spaces due to the weather but we would happily recommend this place and would definitely book again.

Just to say more than a 5 minute walk to the ferry as stated by another reviewer.Downstairs toilet very tight…..no good for large person.
