The views are amazing and the house has everything you need, including plenty of hot water for the showers. Well equipped and well maintained. The only challenge is getting the car up the road to Above Town for unloading and loading, other than that itâs excellent and highly recommended.

Juniper cottage was a fantastic place to stay. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The whole house was exceptionally clean. Everything that we needed could be found inside. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well except on the first night when we were woken very early by gulls. We bought some earplugs and the problem was sorted. The house is in a great location, it's a quiet residential area but only a short walk down to the shops and pubs. Above all the view was amazing and we spent a lot of time looking out of the window and watching the boats. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The steps and steep roads are worth it for the views from the house. Best to unload quickly outside the property and grab the parking permit from inside the house, then go to the mayors avenue car park and leave the car there for as long as you need. We found working out where to park and for how long difficult to assess until a holiday maker next door to us explained. Its a shame the main shower was out of use for our stay.
