Guests say

Sandquay View is a well-equipped cottage with stunning views, offering a comfortable stay with a selection of toys and DVDs for children. The property has a quirky layout and a sunny garden. While parking and stair safety were concerns for one guest, overall experiences suggest a pleasant holiday spot in Dartmouth.

The property is generally well-kept, though an isolated mention of finding items from previous guests suggests room for improvement in checking for left-behind belongings.

While guests love the property and the views, there is insufficient information to accurately score the location. No specific comments on the proximity to local amenities or attractions were provided.

The main bedroom and living areas are praised for comfort, but concerns about the stair safety for young children and the bathroom's location downstairs slightly affect the comfort score.

The property is equipped with necessary kitchen facilities and entertainment options for children, but issues with parking, TV signal, and the need for a stair gate indicate some maintenance concerns.

There are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the level of thoughtfulness, so this score cannot be provided.

Fantastic location and views from upstairs over to Kingswear. Could sit and watch the boats all day! We didn't really use the lounge as we enjoyed sitting in the dinning room or cute garden which was so peaceful. Property is well equipped and set up. The 90 steps to the property could be a challenge to some, but so worth it. We enjoyed our week so much, we have booked to stay again next year!
