Seaview, a beautifully refurbished three-bedroom house over five floors, with a spacious garden and al-fresco dining areas, offers some of the best views in Dartmouth. Situated in an elevated position, it’s a short walk into the heart of town down the Horn Hill steps located just a few yards from the house.
Seaview is full of character with a large garden to the rear, and every floor enjoying stunning views of the River Dart, across the river to Kingswear and out to sea.
This tastefully furnished house is the perfect place for up to six people with plenty of seating inside and out for whatever the weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaview. The house was beautifully presented over 5 floors, giving us our own space but also feeling homely when coming together.The house had the most amazing views over the River Dart with each floor maximising them.Bedrooms were really comfortable and all had ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was nice; though it would benefit from having some storage for food, as the cupboards were filled with kitchen equipment.The house and its location is not suitable for a person with restricted mobility as there are lots of steps in the house and outside the property leading to the town.Fantastic pubs, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance; our car did not move for the first 3 days of our stay as there was lots to do locally.The car parking for this property is not on site and a couple of very steep streets to climb to return to your vehicle.We had a great time and would highly recommend the property
