Situated in an elevated position, it’s a short walk into the heart of town down the Horn Hill steps located just a few yards from the house.
Seaview is full of character with a large garden to the rear, and every floor enjoying stunning views of the River Dart, across the river to Kingswear and out to sea.
This tastefully furnished house is the perfect place for up to six people with plenty of seating inside and out for whatever the weather.

We booked Seaview for our Mum's 70th Birthday. The house is lovely and the amazing views on every floor are perfect. Parking for the house is not on site - it is up the steepest hill so be aware you have to park up and unload the car quickly before any other cars come then go and park the car. Apart from that lovely location easy to walk into the town down the steps.

Overall Seaview is an excellent holiday property - the lounge is relatively comfortable with just enough space for five and it was good to have three double bedrooms - one per floor. That said, the en suite with the ground floor bedroom is extremely tight and awkward to use. The first floor bedroom is by the best of the three and the adjacent family bathroom is roomy, with an excellent shower. The top bedroom is really only good for one person, with tricky head height and very little hanging space. We had an exceptionally sunny week so made the most of the three outside seating areas but sadly the neglected state of the garden rather detracted from our enjoyment of it. Maintenance is a general issue throughout and the whole place (especially the bathroom) could do with some TLC. Would we book it again? We’d like to, but perhaps only after it’s been given a light refurb inside and out.
