Please note: No children under 10 years old.. A beautifully presented two bedroom, two bathroom, penthouse apartment with stunning River Dart and Britannia Royal Naval College views. It has the benefit of allocated parking for one medium car. It is located in the very heart of Dartmouth and is just a few minutes level walk from the quay and the many restaurants and shops Dartmouth has to offer.

Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note: The lift at the property is currently out of use.
Please note: parking is not available at present as gas mains are being installed in the road leading to the carpark. This is due to continue until the 23rd December 2025.
Owner is happy for guests to park in the main carpark nearby and keep their receipts and she will refund the guests when they have emailed them to Devon-office@cottages.com.

The apartment was great but the lift wasn’t working and the stairs may prove a problem for some. Also the carparking space was not available the week we were there which caused us a lot of problems due to lack of long term parking plus no buses at the Park and Ride. Presumably this is just a temporary problem.
