The Promenade Deck is a beautifully presented three bedroom, two bathroom, duplex apartment situated in the pretty village of Kingswear. There are stunning River Dart and rolling country views from many of the rooms and balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped to a good standard and on road parking is available outside the property. It is just a ten minute walk down hill to the quay, ferries, steam railway station, village shop, bistro, café and two public houses which both serve food. Rolling sandy beaches and scenic golf courses are within easy reach.
There are low ceilings, doors and/or beams within the property.
Linen AND towels: Linen and towels will be provided for each guest in the party. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

We had a lovely third return visit to the Promenade Deck. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean and is in a great location with lovely views over to Dartmouth. We will definately book again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful holiday home. So clean and beautifully decorated throughout. My friends and I had a really fabulous time. Would highly recommend..and parking right outside the property what's not to like

Great accommodation with fantastic views, bit of a climb back uphill if you walk down to the station/ferry. We managed to find a parking space outside the property but I think in the summer season it would be a nightmare as pointed out to us by a neighbour. Overall great stay for the time of year and excellent value.
