Entered via two flights of stairs that lead to the apartment entrance, the property has a fully fitted kitchen, featuring an electric fan double oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a separate utility area housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The combined lounge and dining room is comfortably spacious, enjoying a Smart TV, sofas and a dining table that seats six. French doors lead out onto a private balcony (with small table and chairs) that looks across the beach, and towards the iconic Thurlestone Rock and nearby golf course.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, drawers and dresser, and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin, with two single beds, and ample clothes storage, whilst the third bedroom has full sized bunk beds. In addition, there is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Outdoor space is ample, with not only a private balcony, but also a large communal patio area with barbeque facility, lower sun deck, and exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool (between the months of late May to late September).
The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
