All amenities that you would need are there. Great location to visit the South Hams area. The only thing I would mention is that the stairs are very steep and narrow at the bottom. This should really be mentioned in the description, particularly with young children or the elderly.

The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and the outside courtyard is the ideal place to sit and relax outdoors. We had a lovely sunny week and many walks just around the corner in the morning before venturing out for the day. The village of Averton Gifford is quiet and what we needed to get away and unwind.

The decor was so chic. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. It could not have been more perfect. The location is stunning. The tidal road is the most beautiful walk and the area is stunning.
