The Lawns, No.5 is part of The Colmer Estate, a beautiful 18th Century country estate set in 28 acres of private grounds that include a fishing lake, woodland and meadows. Centrally situated in the heart of the South Hams and an easy drive to local beautiful beaches and the glorious area of Dartmoor, this is a wonderful holiday destination with fantastic facilities on the doorstep. Whilst there is plenty to occupy more active people at Colmer, there are many places within the extensive grounds of this lovely location for those seeking peace and tranquillity in an idyllic location. With an indoor pool that is open and heated all year round and an outdoor pool for the summer months, The Lawns is a great choice! 

There is a nearby pub serving good beer, great bar & restaurant style food and a local shop. Salcombe is a scenic 20-minute drive away whilst you can be on the edge of Dartmoor in 10 minutes. A wonderful location to make memories to last a lifetime.

Accommodation

Steps lead up to the main front door of the house from the parking area. Step into the foyer and the front door is ahead of you on the right. The front door leads into the open plan ground floor.

Bathroom with Bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 with Twin 2ft 6in beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, smart TV, bedside table, hooks on the door.

Outside

The property has its own private patio area that leads out from the lounge with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue available. Steps lead down to the parking area.

- An excellent all year round indoor heated swimming pool (available for 45 minute sessions which can be booked on site)
