There is a nearby pub serving good beer, great bar & restaurant style food and a local shop. Salcombe is a scenic 20-minute drive away whilst you can be on the edge of Dartmoor in 10 minutes. A wonderful location to make memories to last a lifetime.

Steps lead up to the main front door of the house from the parking area. Step into the foyer and the front door is ahead of you on the right. The front door leads into the open plan ground floor.

Outside
The property has its own private patio area that leads out from the lounge with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue available. Steps lead down to the parking area.
