A few steps down to a cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Side door to steps leading down to waterside.
Snug with sofa & armchairs and wood burning stove, TV with Amazon Firestick for Smart TV apps.
Country style kitchen with superb newly installed AGA, oak units, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast table and benches.
American style fridge/freezer, microwave, door to the balcony.
From the lounge, double doors and a feature oak spiral staircase lead up to the first floor.
Spacious dual aspect Master bedroom with King size 5ft bed, hanging rail and tallboy, chaise longue, estuary views.
Ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
