However, I was with my toddler and older parents and the amount of steps both down and in the property was incredibly limiting and difficult to navigate. Also, considering the price of the property, things like the oven were in a disgusting state and had obviously not been cleaned or serviced in quite a long time. However the main downstairs area was lovely and we loved the balcony area. It seems like a wonderful house but I wouldnât necessarily recommend this for young families or elderly parents.

The house itself is built and decorated beautifully, and it was lovely to be somewhere where so much thought had gone into the furnishings and decoration. We loved eating our meals in the dining room in particular with that fabulous view. The children loved the nursery bedroom (which couldnât have worked better) and the rest of us were very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed cooking listening to CDs on the wonderful sound system. This house exceeded all our expectations and we would love to come back to this special place and house.

What an amazing house, with spectacular views! Everything you could need for a relaxing stay A few little things to point out.....the dishwasher didn't work...after we'd fully loaded it after a meal for 6. No water was coming into it. I phoned Pebbles the next day, and very promptly, a maintenance man came out. He was unable to fix it, as a specialist engineer was required. This was a shame, as having a working dishwasher would have been so beneficial. Pebbles did what they could, though. The heating didn't work in the very top bedroom, so the maintenance man left us 2 small oil filled radiators. The towel rail in that bathroom also didn't work. In the master bedroom there is a small wooden chair, by the window with the net curtain. One of the back support is snapped and quite sharp. This was in that condition when we arrived. Embarrassingly, the fire alarm was set off by cake candles (sorry!). No damage to property, just cake candles. We silenced the alarms. A rep from Pebbles rang to check we were ok, but unfortunately, about 5 minutes later, the fire brigade arrived. One of their team noted that this was his 5th visit to the house. It was thought, by the firemen, that Pebbles could in future, contact the fire alarm company and let them know if the fire brigade need to be called out or not, to save on resources. Great weather, and a very comfy home. Thank you
