To the left of the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs, and a light and airy lounge with two two-seater sofas. The comfortable lounge has a flat screen digital TV and DVD player to relax watching your favourite films. The master bedroom has a King-size bed with a small en suite w.c. The second bedroom is built into the eaves of the property and has two 2’ 6” single beds, suitable for children over the age of five. The bedrooms are all supplied with duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels, but guests are asked to bring beach and tea towels. A travel cot and highchair is provided to make your holiday that extra bit easier. In addition to the master bedroom en suite, there is a family bathroom with a bath w.c. and a large separate walk-in shower.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
