Guests say

Ash Tree House in Salcombe is praised for its beautiful decor, spaciousness, and stunning location. Guests have enjoyed the sea views from the decking and found the property well-equipped for a relaxing stay. While some maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience was positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The house was described as immaculate by one guest, but others noted issues with the cleanliness of the decking and outdoor areas, as well as some interior items like bedding. No gifts were mentioned, so the thoughtfulness score is set to null.

The location is consistently lauded for its incredible views and proximity to the seafront, making it a highly desirable aspect of Ash Tree House.

The property is generally found to be comfortable and spacious. However, some guests mentioned poor quality pillows and a need for better bedding, slightly affecting the comfort score.

Facilities are well-regarded, but several reviews mention maintenance issues such as the need for decking attention, difficult-to-lock doors, and cleaning of outdoor areas, indicating room for improvement.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so this category cannot be scored.

Pictures can be provided as needed. Think some of the trees in the right as you look at the house from knowle road look like they have fallen. May need someone to make sure they are stable? Would you advise us how to contact you registering the damage to the car caused by the tree?

The house is everything we wanted and needed. The decor is great, the outlook is great and we had a wonderful stay.

The terrace provides great views and lovely to chill out on. Rooms all clean and comfortable. Note the amount of stairs called out in the description would not be suitable for the elderly.
