Set behind Fore Street and accessed via a private cobbled courtyard, this impressive four-storey cottage is one of the original brewery cottages, thoughtfully redesigned and finished to a high standard throughout.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed into an entrance hallway, alongside a comfortable double bedroom and a convenient cloakroom.

The first floor offers a large and flexible bedroom with three single beds and access to a balcony. Additional truckle beds can be arranged here if required, making it a great option for children or larger groups. A family bathroom is located just across the landing.

On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious king-size bedroom, a further family bathroom and a separate laundry area, adding practicality for longer stays.

The third floor is the true heart of the home. A bright and expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living space sits beneath a high vaulted ceiling with roof lights, creating a wonderful sense of space and light. The well-equipped kitchen features quartz worktops, a Miele oven, six-burner gas hob, multiple fridges and freezers, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining.
