About this property
Totally majestic in its location, this four bedroomed villa sits right on the waters edge. It is unique being the only villa in this new development with direct access to the slipway to seamlessly step onto your boat. Gull Rock overlooks the stunning beauty of the Salcombe Estuary with its soft golden sandy beaches and sparkling emerald water. Panoramic views simply do not get better than this, and combined with the location, plus 2 x spa passes in. the next door hotel, you will experience a truly extraordinary holiday and your woofers are welcome too!
Gull Rock is spread over three floors and at the top is a large stylish open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a glass frontage that slides open onto the balcony. The views from the balcony up and down the estuary are sensational and completely uninterrupted.
Below the living area are two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. One of these – the master bedroom – enjoys incredible sliding glass windows spanning the width of the bedroom. Imagine watching the yachts sail out to sea with the backdrop of sandy beaches and dramatic coastlines whilst you enjoy a freshly-made cup of tea.
Downstairs are two further bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom (which also houses private laundry facilities). At the rear is a bedroom with funky custom-built bunk beds along with bean bags and games consoles for the large digital television. Kids will love this room for watching movies, playing games or chilling out with their iPad. The second bedroom has doors leading out to a terrace which gives direct access to the slipway – perfect for jumping onto your boat for the days adventures.
Gull Rock comes with two complimentary spa passes so you can enjoy the fabulous facilities in the Salcombe Harbour Hotel next door. This includes the heated pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room.
Gull Rock forms part of the Estura development situated in front of the Salcombe Harbour Hotel.

We give Gull Rock 5 stars for its location, stunning views, comfort, fabulously laid out kitchen, such a wonderful house to stay in on a really beautiful sunny week in Salcombe. It was perfect for a family of 5 and to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday with a few friends as well as entertain some old friends on the amazing terrace. We would like to return very much as we loved it so much. Having owned a house in Salcombe until 2018 and not returned for a full week since then it was joy to stay a week at the amazing Gull Rock.
