Although my ratings are not high this was a good house for our familyThe hill climb is tough with 4 small childrenThe house would benefit from refurbishment and. Although surface clean it needs a spring clean carpets and cushions etcThe knives were very poor and wouldn’t cutIf you ask would we go again the answer would be a yes as it offers plenty of space and the children loved the garden as did the adults eating out each nightSalcombe is still the best place in the world.

We, as a large family group loved this house. Beaches, shops, bars, restaurants all only a few minutes walk. It felt like home. The only drawback was the lack of adequate rubbish and recycling bins, which hopefully will be rectified, as the house was generally clean, comfortable and well equipped. It also had plenty of seating for all, inside and out and was spacious.

Very few accommodations that are large enough for our group but this was a brilliant layout. The living area was spacious and the bedrooms good sizes for the adults and children we had. Was also great to have parking. Unfortunately the oven was not working when we arrived but this was fixed the next day. It could have been cleaner and there were not toilet rolls in each bathroom which I would have expected on arrival. Also one bed had not been made up so we had to do this ourselves.
