Note: there is no washing machine or tumble dryer. The patio area with sea glimpses houses a picnic bench and deck chairs from where you can sit back and soak up the late morning to late afternoon sunshine. Salcombe’s hustle and bustle is on your doorstep, with a host of local pubs and shops within a very short walk. Spend days on any one of the local beaches, perfect for dog walks, sandcastles, ball games or chilling.

The Salcombe estuary offers golden stretches of beach with turquoise waters and Marlin Cottage is perfectly positioned to easily access all that the immediate area has to offer. Explore the scenic landscapes of Soar Mill Cove, or enjoy a hike across Bolberry Down, following the coastline and its network of walking trails. The idyllic estuary town of Kingsbridge is just a short drive away or enjoy a leisurely afternoon at Hope Cove or at the pretty blooms of Overbeck’s Garden.
