A comfy, cosy cottage with a good view of the estuary and walking distance to the town centre. Rather short on washing liquid, loo paper, kitchen roll none, tin foil none. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen all very clean. Sitting room comfortable but requires a deep clean particularly the book shelves, sofas and carpets.

Muffins is a spacious comfortable property.We enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again in the future.It is obvious the owners spent considerable finance in the original tasteful fit out of the property, but it is now tired and would benefit with a refurbishment.

Our second stay at Muffins and we had a lovely time. The house is well located- just a short walk into town and our kids loved playing in the park just acros the road. Comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. We were able to borrow a highchair from the Salcombe office which was very helpful.
