Quarter Deck in Salcombe offers a fantastic seaside getaway with its prime location and well-equipped living areas. Guests have enjoyed the quietness of the back bedroom and the apartment's overall cleanliness and maintenance. Some minor issues with bathroom practicality and bed comfort were noted, but the positive experiences with the property's facilities and responsive team outweigh these.
The property is described as clean and well maintained, with no negative comments on cleanliness, suggesting a high standard.
The location is highly praised for its convenience and proximity to the town, making it an ideal spot for a seaside holiday.
Comfort is generally good, especially in the quiet back bedroom. However, there are remarks about the small bed and noise in the front bedroom, indicating some room for improvement.
Facilities are well-regarded, with modern conveniences appreciated. Points are deducted for the impractical shower and lack of smart TV, which suggest some areas need updating.
There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Our only complaint was the comfort of the rather small bed, otherwise all good. We also appreciated the C and Câs teamâs prompt response to our requests.

The floor tiles in the en-suite bathroom creak when you stand on them and the toilet itself as well as the seat is quite loose. The water pressure is very good so itâs a pleasant shower however but the water sprays onto the bathroom floor, I think a larger shower screen or the addition of a shower curtain would solve this. The living area is nice and well equipped, it would be nice if there was a smart tv so guests can connect to their phone to watch Netflix/catch up tv etc.

Shower was impractical- totally soaked the bathroom floor.
