Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Patio with garden furniture. Private car park, allocated for 1 car. No smoking.. A character fisherman’s cottage with shower room and windows within yards of the town centre, shops and quays. The property has good views of the estuary from the upper floor, off site reserved parking and a pretty patio to the rear.

The position of this cottage is excellent being right in the centre of Salcombe but just above the pedestrian movement so little noise. A great stay we have been several times before and will return
