We loved the house, the location and Salcombe. Great facilities plenty of space for a large group Well equipped - it’s nice to go to a property where everything is available Beds and seating all very comfy. Great kitchen to work in. Lovely garden with views over Salcombe! Cleaners were very friendly and efficient Hired a Hot Tub which really worked well. Will be back!!

Seafern is an amazing house in a great location. We've been to Salcombe many times and this is the best house we've stayed in. We are also used to the uphill walk home!

Our stay at Seafern House was a great success. We were three couples with three small children. The house worked well for our purposes, each couple had their own bedroom with either ensuite or bathroom area with rooms for the children next to their parents. The downstairs area of kitchen, dining area and lounge was spacious and well laid out. Having the garden immediately outside was an enormous advantage. So I would happily give the house a rating of 5.
