The apartment has the benefit of a private south-facing patio, but also guests have the bonus of using the enclosed communal garden with the other three apartments. The property is within walking distance of the town centre, close to a convenience store and has off street parking for one large car.

As usual we have had a good break in Salcombe!However we were disappointed with the accommodation, the apartment was tatty , the rugs had stains on them , plaster was coming off the wall in sitting room and bedroom. So would not recommend.

We liked staying here and it was very well kitted out. The beds were all clean and freshly made. I do feel that it needed a good declutter and clean especially in the kitchen. Pans had been left dirty, even in the oven. The price point was about right. If you're not very mobile it is a hilly walk back from the town.

A great flat in a good location for everything we needed in lovely Salcombe.EverythingWas great with the flat- only small things I would recommend.Supply a hand soapAnd maybe put a king size bed in as I struggle to fit in a small double wth my husband 🤣Needs a little bit of love to freshen place up a bit.Otherwise it was great for what we needed and everything worked well.Thank you
