4 Sandhills is a south facing luxury and spacious retreat, perched on the hillside above the golden beach of North Sands offering incredible views. The terrace and the sunroom provide a vantage point from which to observe the ever changing moods and colours of the sea, whatever the weather. This is a great destination at any time of year and a bracing walk along the South West Coastal path in the spring or autumn can be followed by a cosy evening in the spacious lounge in front of the real fire. Only a 500 yard walk down to the bach and the famous Winking Prawn cafe/restaurant this is a very special holiday destination which we recommend highly.

Accommodation: Steps up from unloading area, to front entrance. Ground floor lounge, wood burner, HD Freesat TV and Freesat PVR, DVD and radio/CD. French windows to furnished sun room with patio doors. Kitchen/diner, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, two fridges, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Dining area. Bedroom 1, king size bed (5ft), TV, sea views and en suite bathroom with shower over. Bedroom 2, king size bed (5ft). Shower room. Bedroom 3, king size bed (5ft).
Outside: South facing terrace overlooking the beach with garden furniture and barbecue. Small private rear courtyard.

From here an enjoyable scenic walk brings you to the town itself, full of interesting shops, inns and restaurants and on the way you can appreciate the beauty of this picturesque estuary, busy with the comings and goings of boats attracted to this yachting haven. Back on the terrace we can't think of a more pleasant place to be whilst enjoying an al fresco meal or a quiet read in the sun and the sunroom provides a vantage point from which to observe the ever changing moods and colours of the sea, whatever the weather. Please note: The sloped drive and steps from the parking area are a little steep in places so may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
