Communal entrance shared with one other property.
The Sail Loft is accessed via the door on the left after entering through the main entrance. Once inside, take the small flight of stairs up to reach the property.
Ground Floor
Open plan living space.
Kitchen, The well equipped kitchen includes an electric oven with electric hob, washing machine/dryer, under the counter fridge with ice box, microwave and coffee machine.

Lounge area with two seater sofa bed, coffee table and Smart TV.
First Floor
Bedroom
Double bed 4ft 6, 2 bed side tables with lamps. Large wardrobe with hanging space
and drawers. Small sofa.
Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, Basin and WC.
Outside
There is no outside space at this property, however, the Salcombe Lifeboat Park is just a few minutes walk away and beautiful Cliff House Gardens is also within a five minute walk.
Parking
There is no parking permit for this property, however parking up to £8 per day will be reimbursed. This is for Salcombe car parks only, from 1st April to 1st November.
Depending on the time of year park in either Shadycombe car park (350 yards away) on Shadycombe road (if between Oct 1st - March 31st) or Creek car park (500 yards away) on Gould road (if between April 1st - Sept 30th).
Weekly parking is available in the park and ride car park at the top of town (bus runs at seasonal times only).

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), heating.
Internet and telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is dependent upon your provider. Please check with your provider prior to booking.
Pets: 1 dog welcome. Pet charge £30 per week. No puppies or dogs under the age of 2.
Electric Vehicles: This property does not have facilities for EV charging.
Short breaks: Short breaks are available in low season, mid season (within 4 weeks) and the high season (within 2 weeks).
Local facilities: Shops, restaurants and pubs all on your doorstep. Ferry to beaches 500 yards. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
